As a Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector, I am authorized to lead Facade Inspection Safety Program (FISP) cycles. This ensures your building’s exterior is evaluated with the highest level of technical scrutiny required for Local Law 11.
As a Qualified Parking Structure Inspector, I am among a select group of engineers licensed to perform Local Law 126 inspections. We manage the mandatory 6-year structural cycles to keep your parking facilities safe and compliant.
Our firm is a registered Special Inspection Agency (SIA #009588). This allows us to officially monitor construction progress and verify that structural repairs meet the strict safety standards mandated by the NYC Building Code.
